Uploaded images

Images are stored on a private Laravel filesystem disk. They are not served directly from the public directory. Preview and download links are temporary signed URLs.

Automatic cleanup

Uploaded and processed files are intended to expire automatically based on your configured retention window. Keep the cleanup scheduler running in production.

Metadata

The application can strip image metadata where supported by the installed image driver and encoder. You should still avoid uploading sensitive files.
